Repeat Champs - Hoops City Pepsi Challenge

This weekend TJ's AAU tournament was held in Morrisville at NetSports and was hosted by the Hoops City Heat.  Last year TJ's team, the NC Gaters 8U (8 & under), won the tournament for their age division so they were determined to repeat.  This year there were 4 teams in their division (9U) and the Gaters went 4-0, winning the tournament and retaining the championship title. 

Ed's dad came to watch the games this weekend which was really special for both Ed & TJ.

We are off to Charlotte this weekend for the Pool Play tournament.  The results of this weekend's tournament will determine the seeding for the State Championship, which is in 2 weeks in Greensboro.
